Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking and that perfect golden color.
  2. Combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they turn a delicious golden brown.
