A quick and flavorful Chicken and Cabbage Stir Fry that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced ginger and garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
  5. Pour the soy sauce into the pan and stir everything to combine, letting the flavors meld together.
  6. Season your stir fry with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve the dish hot, perhaps over a bed of rice or noodles.

Notes
