A delicious melding of flavors featuring juicy chicken, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella, all on a crispy flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the garlic oil evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Top each flatbread with shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced mozzarella.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle the balsamic glaze over each flatbread.
  7. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Experiment with different types of flatbreads.
