  • 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1–2 tbsp butter, coconut oil, or peanut butter (optional, for smoothness & flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate chips and butter, coconut oil, or peanut butter (if using) in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the mixture in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated, ensuring no dry cereal remains.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan, spreading evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
