A delightful no-bake dessert that captures the essence of classic chocolate eclairs, featuring creamy layers of vanilla pudding and chocolate frosting.

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk the pudding mix and milk together in a bowl until thickened.
  2. Stir in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Create a layer of graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish, pour half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, then repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture, finishing with a final layer of pudding.
  4. Spread the chocolate frosting on top, ensuring every inch is covered.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
