  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until well blended.
  6. Divide the batter in half. To one half, add strawberry puree and mix until combined. To the other half, add chocolate syrup and mix until combined.
  7. Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared crust, then swirl in the strawberry batter using a knife or skewer.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in for another hour.
  10. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best texture, allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating. Serve chilled and garnish with extra strawberries or chocolate syrup.
