A creamy, dreamy Christmas Fluff that combines cranberries, mini marshmallows, and pecans for a festive holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped cranberries and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans gently.
  3. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix gently.
  6. Chill the mixture in a serving dish for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The fluff may lose some texture but will still be delicious.
