A delightful cocktail that combines the creamy flavors of rum, vanilla, and coffee with a dash of cinnamon for a cozy, nostalgic drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz RumChata or Bailey’s Cinnamon Cream
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • ½ oz coffee liqueur
  • ½ oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sugar, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix together the RumChata or Bailey’s, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, heavy cream, and ground cinnamon in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously with ice for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.

Notes

For a lighter version, use lower-fat milk instead of heavy cream. You can also swap coffee liqueur for espresso vodka for a stronger coffee flavor.
