A refreshing and creamy coleslaw that brings summer vibes to any gathering. Perfect for barbecues and picnics.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the grated carrots.
  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
