A comforting and versatile classic quiche filled with rich cream, eggs, and your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., Swiss, cheddar)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (e.g., spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked bacon or ham pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese of your choice.
  5. Add diced vegetables to the mixture, along with any optional bacon or ham.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the pie crust for 10 minutes. Feel free to customize with your favorite ingredients.
