A creamy and rich frosting that adds a tropical twist to your desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 45 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low until combined.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
  4. If desired, mix in shredded coconut for added texture.
  5. Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in the refrigerator until needed.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free butter and coconut cream. To adjust sweetness, reduce powdered sugar or add more coconut milk.
