A delightful homemade coffee ice cream that’s creamy, rich, and perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. For a stronger coffee flavor, use strong brewed coffee.
