Indulge in a creamy, dreamy Cookie Butter Pie with a graham cracker crust that will elevate any dessert table.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold the whipped cream into the cookie butter mixture gently.
  9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  10. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  11. Top with whipped cream and crushed cookies just before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the unbaked crust for later use.
