Copycat Longhorn Steakhouse Broccoli

A simple yet delightful roasted broccoli dish, perfectly charred and topped with Parmesan cheese, reminiscent of the beloved Longhorn Steakhouse side.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the washed and cut broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot florets as soon as they come out of the oven.
  5. Add a splash of lemon juice over the broccoli just before serving.

Notes

Leftover roasted broccoli can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to retain crunch or use cold in salads.
