A delightful no-bake ice cream loaf swirled with mixed berries and topped with crunchy cornflakes, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Swirl in the mixed berries carefully to create a marbled effect.
  5. Freeze the mixture in a loaf pan for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  6. Add cornflakes on top before serving.
