Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese
  • Eggs
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Whole grain bread

Instructions

  1. Soft-Boil the eggs by bringing a pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully add the eggs and let them simmer for about 6-7 minutes. Once done, transfer them to an ice bath.
