  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper, ensuring it’s well-coated on both sides.
  2. Sear the steak on a grill or skillet over high heat until it reaches your preferred doneness.
  3. Make the Cowboy Butter by combining softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, cilantro, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Mix until well-blended.
