Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Prepare the Grill: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the Steaks: Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Grill to Perfection: Cook the steaks to your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. Top It Off: Once cooked, remove the steaks from the heat and top each with a generous amount of the Cowboy Butter.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Let your steaks come to room temperature before cooking; this helps them cook evenly. Always rest your meat after cooking for around 5 minutes before cutting into it.
