A comforting and creamy soup made with shredded chicken, white rice, and a blend of ranch seasoning and cheddar cheese.

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken broth and white rice in a large pot. Bring to a vigorous boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until the rice is cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
