Indulge in the festive magic of Eggnog Tiramisu Cups, featuring layers of creamy mascarpone and eggnog-soaked ladyfingers, topped with cocoa powder.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1216 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Combine mascarpone cheese, eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee.
  5. Layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving cups.
  6. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside gingerbread cookies or spiced pecans for a festive touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
