A delightful creamy ranch pasta salad that combines juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and a tangy dressing for a satisfying meal.

  • 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked al dente and cooled
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
