A light and fluffy pumpkin dessert that’s perfect for fall, combining pumpkin, spices, and sweet vanilla into a delightful treat.

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Optional: graham crackers or ginger snaps for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the canned pumpkin puree, instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the cold milk, pouring slowly to ensure the pudding mix dissolves completely, until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until well combined and creamy.
  4. Chill the pumpkin fluff for at least 1 hour to set and meld the flavors.
  5. Serve in dessert glasses or bowls, optionally topping with additional whipped topping and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use light whipped topping or make your own with heavy cream. Can be made ahead of time.
