Delightfully crispy Brussels sprouts glazed with honey and balsamic vinegar for a perfect side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  3. Whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Coat the halved Brussels sprouts in the glaze until well covered.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Serve the Brussels sprouts warm as a side dish.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding garlic or chili flakes to the glaze.
