Crispy oven fried feta rolls filled with creamy feta cheese and fresh herbs, drizzled with chili honey for a delightful sweet and spicy finish.

Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Phyllo pastry sheets
  • Chili honey
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or oregano)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the crumbled feta cheese with chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare a phyllo pastry sheet by laying it flat and brushing it lightly with olive oil.
  4. Fill one end of the phyllo sheet with a small amount of the feta mixture and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat the rolling process with the remaining pastry sheets and feta mixture.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the rolls on it, brushing the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  8. Drizzle chili honey over the rolls before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat to regain crispness.
