A delightful fusion of grilled chicken and fresh Caesar salad wrapped in tortillas, perfect for any meal.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like oregano or thyme)
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup homemade Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Cracked pepper to taste
  • 4 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  5. Toss the chopped Romaine lettuce with homemade Caesar dressing.
