A creamy, cheesy pasta dish made with tender chicken, perfect for cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 8 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing the chunks into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Create the flavor base: In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour over the chicken.
  3. Layer half of the shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Slow cook on low for about 4 hours.
  5. Add the spaghetti, breaking it in half and tucking it into the slow cooker, ensuring it’s covered with sauce.
  6. Finish with the remaining shredded cheeses after the spaghetti has cooked for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Pairs well with a fresh green salad and crusty garlic bread.
