Tender steak bites slow-cooked in garlic and Parmesan for a rich, comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the beef broth, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the cubed steak in the crockpot and pour the garlic mixture over the top.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the steak is tender.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Try adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce or substituting Parmesan for cheddar for variations.
