Crockpot Mississippi Chicken

A flavorful and effortless dish featuring tender chicken infused with ranch dressing and au jus gravy, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 46 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Make sure they’re laid out flat for even cooking.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the stick of butter on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers around and on top of the chicken.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot and serve.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. This dish can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
