A light and fluffy crustless quiche packed with fresh vegetables and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish with olive oil.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
