A vibrant and refreshing Cucumber Caprese Salad, perfect for summer days, combining crisp cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and Slice the Cucumbers
  2. Halve the Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella
  3. Combine Ingredients in a Mixing Bowl
  4. Drizzle with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
  5. Season to Taste
  6. Toss Gently
