A creamy and tangy dip made with dill pickles, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
  5. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

Notes

For added tang, try finely chopped red onion or a dash of horseradish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
