Delightfully juicy and tender meatballs simmered in rich marinara sauce, perfect for every family gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the meatballs: With your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, roughly the size of a golf ball.
  3. Brown the meatballs: In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the meatballs carefully. Cook until browned on all sides (about 5 to 7 minutes).
  4. Simmer in marinara: Pour marinara sauce generously over the meatballs, cover, and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve warm: Once cooked, serve the meatballs warm over spaghetti or in a toasted roll.

Notes
