A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust, perfect for warm weather gatherings.

  • 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted then cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Make the Oreo Crust: Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter and press evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Chill the Crust: Place the pan in the freezer to set the crust while preparing the filling.
  4. Whip the Cream: Beat the heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Mix the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese with the remaining powdered sugar, then add sour cream, cooled melted chocolate, and vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and chocolate mixture.
  7. Spread the Filling: Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the set Oreo crust.
  8. Chill the Cheesecake: Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or until set.
  9. Slice and Serve: Cut into slices and serve with fresh whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired.
