A creamy peanut butter pie with a crunchy Oreo crust and luscious chocolate ganache. Perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F if you’re choosing to bake the crust.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a pie dish; bake for 10 minutes if desired.
  3. Mix together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
  6. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, then pour over the pie.
  8. Chill the pie for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
