A comforting Easy Stuffing Meatloaf with a delicious ketchup glaze, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water or broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, water or broth, onion, celery, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For added flavor, use broth instead of water. Don’t skip the resting step for moisture retention.
