A delightful side dish of roasted sweet potatoes, elevated with smoky paprika and aromatic rosemary.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cube them into even-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and optional fresh rosemary.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes
