A safe and delicious way to enjoy cookie dough without the risk of raw ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat-Treat the flour by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spreading the flour on a baking sheet. Heat for 5 minutes and let it cool.
  2. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until well blended.
  4. Combine the cooled flour into the butter-sugar mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips for added flavor.
  6. Enjoy! Scoop and eat directly or serve with ice cream.

Notes

Store any leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
