Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, yolk separated from the white

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.

  3. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  8. Cook the pancakes for about 4-5 minutes, covering with a lid.
