A refreshing no-bake dessert that combines creamy chocolate filling with marshmallows and graham crackers, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (about 12) graham crackers, halved
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Prepare the whipped topping and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Combine the chocolate pudding into the whipped topping mixture.
  4. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
  5. Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add half of the mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Garnish with mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer up to a week. Best enjoyed fresh.
