A comforting dish of buttery garlic noodles tossed with Parmesan cheese, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti or noodles of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil your noodles. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your spaghetti or noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine noodles and sauce. Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the butter and garlic. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add Parmesan and season. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together, allowing the cheese to melt.
  5. Garnish and serve. Transfer the noodles to serving plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook your noodles; al dente is key for the best texture. Use good quality Parmesan for a richer flavor.
