These Garlic Butter Shrimp Skewers are simple to make, bursting with flavor from garlic-infused butter and a zesty hint of lemon, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  2. Prepare the marinade by combining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Marinate the shrimp in the garlic butter mixture for about 15 minutes.
