A quick and satisfying dish featuring tender steak and silky noodles infused with garlic and butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper. Add it to the skillet, searing on both sides until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine, scraping up any bits from the bottom.
  6. Coat the cooked noodles in the skillet sauce, ensuring they are infused with the buttery goodness.
  7. Top the noodles with sliced steak and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, replace the butter with olive oil or vegan butter.
