Instructions

  1. Prepare your potatoes by peeling and chopping them into uniform chunks.
  2. Place the chopped potatoes and garlic in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot.
