Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. Mix the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill each donut hole cavity with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
