  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 handful microgreens

Instructions

  1. Combine goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, and black pepper in a medium bowl; mix until smooth and uniform.
  2. Portion the cheese mixture into eight equal balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Wrap each cheese ball with one slice of prosciutto, tucking the ends underneath to secure the bonbon.
  4. Drizzle honey evenly over the top of the wrapped bonbons.
  5. Refrigerate the bonbons for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving.
  6. Top each bonbon with a few microgreens for a fresh garnish just before serving.
