Tender Greek turkey meatballs packed with fresh parsley, tangy Parmesan, and garlicky goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot enough to roast the meatballs to perfection.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and milk.
  3. Mix the ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; we want our meatballs tender and juicy!
  4. Form small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  6. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce or in pita bread with fresh veggies.

Notes

These meatballs can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat in the oven.
