  • 1 cup mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and stir until well mixed.
  3. Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Add a Burst of Flavor: Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts, and chia seeds over the yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze to Perfection: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
