A vibrant fruit pizza topped with creamy Greek yogurt, easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (e.g., berries, kiwi, banana, etc.)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the pizza crust according to package instructions until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Once the pizza crust has cooled, spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Next, take the mixed fresh fruits and arrange them artistically on top of the yogurt layer.
  5. If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Slice and serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.

Notes

Allow the crust to cool completely before adding yogurt to prevent melting. Experiment with various fruits and toppings for different flavors.
