  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium saucepan, then add minced garlic.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  9. Add salt and black pepper to the sauce and stir.
  10. Simmer the sauce for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  11. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  12. Assemble the bowls with steamed broccoli at the base.
  13. Top with sliced grilled chicken.
  14. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
  15. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  16. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken ahead of grilling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
