Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing
  • Croutons
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with a drizzle of olive oil, a good pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken into strips and add it to the salad.
  5. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge. Keep dressing on the side if possible.
